We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist with experience in IoT or sensor technology to join our innovative client and assist in developing the next generation of Edge technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, as well as experience in creating and deploying ML models within IoT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage machine learning solutions for IoT applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and deliver results
  • Lead and mentor a small team of machine learning engineers
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and IoT technologies
  • Contribute to the development of our machine learning platform and infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science, with a focus on IoT and sensor data
  • Proficiency in popular machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Experience with deploying ML models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms and devices (e.g., AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT Core)
  • Strong programming skills
