We are currently seeking a dedicated Head of Quality Management/Quality Assurance/Laboratory (m/f/d) for our location in Düsseldorf.

Your responsibilities:
Internal and external contact for all quality, environmental, hygiene, (GMP) and FSC management inquiries
Collection and organized archiving of test samples
Independent execution of raw and finished material tests according to EN/ISO/DIN standards
Independent execution of finished material tests for hazardous goods orders
Determination and archiving of technological values according to customer specifications, in accordance with hazardous goods regulations, and upon individual request from the sales and field service teams
Creation, sending, and archiving of test reports and customer-specific certificates
Verification, calibration, and maintenance of testing and measuring equipment in production and laboratory, including monitoring of climate control
Creation and archiving of product specifications
Verification of ongoing production in terms of quality standards and customer requirements
Responsibility for laboratory organization and structure
Promotion of quality awareness at the Düsseldorf plant
Processing of returns and complaints
Preparation and execution of internal and external audits and reviews
Analysis and optimization of processes and interfaces
Project management
Support of production areas in solving quality problems
