We, the company BAKO Bau GmbH, are a young and dynamic construction company in the field of high-rise construction. Our core competence lies in structural engineering.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you, a construction manager with experience and a desire to shape our young company.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

- independent planning and execution of construction projects in turnkey construction
- creating and conducting tenders and awards
- monitoring and controlling the construction process and site results
- invoicing of construction services, shaping and enforcing additional agreements
- coordination of own staff and subcontractors

Qualifications

As a prerequisite, we expect a degree in civil engineering, training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or equivalent:

experience in the execution of turnkey construction projects

- knowledge of construction software (BRZ, ORCA, Nevaris, ProBau, etc.) advantageous
- commitment, creativity and flexibility
- independent and goal-oriented work
- enjoyment in dealing with people and team spirit
