- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and marketing
- A minimum of 4 years of management experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally out of Mil/Aero/Defense/Space

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategically developing and managing the sales team across the Hermetics division to achieve company sales goals, increase customer retention, improve customer satisfaction and have a direct impact on Winchester's revenue goals. You will grow the business through new business opportunities, and through gaining market share for existing business. The Director of Business Development will work closely with the leadership team, the business development managers within the Hermetics division, and the customer service team members to produce winning results. This role requires someone who is gifted with both a strategic and process-oriented mindset. The Director of Business Development must be comfortable with technical discussions and collaborating with engineering teams.

How will you Collaborate?
You will collaborate across the Winchester team. You will work with Engineering, Operations, and the Corporate Sales and Marketing Teams in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable, and utilizes data to make informed decisions. Actively participating on behalf of both internal and external customers on NPI projects, Quoting, Engineering requirements, Contract reviews, RMA's, CAR's, production, and general customer service.
