I'm a highly energetic, positive individual who thrives when multitasking. My passion is working in food and hospitality on busy dining room floors and kitchens. I have over 30+ years of experience as a manager, waitress, and hostess. My specialty is building strong interpersonal relationships with customers and using those relationships to ensure they become regulars. I have a fantastic reputation with every customer base I’ve ever had. I truly get to know my coworkers and customers. I apply acute attention to detail to everything I do. One of my greatest talents is training restaurant employees in the art of customer service. I am extremely adept at predicting and observing customers' needs, as well as teaching those skills to others. I take criticism very well and follow orders and I will give a team  afford to server the customer. Doesn't matter how much I know I respect seniority . 

Grow up in  Diners  Trained on every position  ,dishwasher ,grilled, server, hostess, I work for the same corporation for long time got hire in 1996 in south Florida .I Manager 3 Diners (Apollo Diner, Coral Springs Diner ,Abercorn Diner ) over the years my job was to bring the sales to the high level in order to sale the business I know about kosher food ,order supplies, Follow the health department rules  Am experience  front a back of house .

I finish high school in Nicosia Cyprus follow by Hospitality classes at tourism and hotel in collage in Cyprus back in 1980  .
