Human Resources Manager
Function as the HR Manager responsible for developing policy, directing and coordinating all human resources activities such as employee compensation, benefits, labor relations, and training. Reporting to the President.
- Coach Managers on the process of evaluating employees and awarding performance to improve productivity.
- Handle employee terminations, grievances, and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair, and respectful manner.
- Develop and implement company policy manuals staying in compliance with all State and Federal laws.
- Keeping up to date with employment laws in order to keep all employment policies current and in compliance.
- Responsible for employee screening, hiring, and orientation.
- In charge of all employee relations providing employee counseling when needed.
- Manage employee benefits and 401k.
- Manage and process payroll for 35 salaried/hourly employees.
- Keep all employee personnel information confidential and secure.
