    Description
    Join the Hotel Viata Front Office team as a Front Desk Agent. This is key position of the team who helps create a positive guest experience.


    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
    • Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
    • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed
    • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
    • Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
    • Proficient in using phone systems, computers, and other office equipment
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in guest information and payment processing
