Job Purpose
The Director of Activations, Events, and Partnerships at Puttery plays a pivotal role in cultivating strategic partnerships and orchestrating engaging events to elevate brand visibility and foster community engagement across multiple markets.
With a focus on creating immersive experiences, this role collaborates with business partners to curate and execute events such as tours, tastings, and specialized gatherings that captivate target audiences and drive interest in the Puttery brand.
Operating within the dynamic landscape of Puttery's immersive bars, this position aims to expand partnerships and activations across current markets and potentially integrate with Drive Shack locations, thereby amplifying brand presence and market reach.
Responsibilities
- Forge and nurture relationships with business partners to identify opportunities for collaborative activations and events aligned with Puttery's brand ethos and market objectives.
- Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the execution of specialized monthly events, including Holidays, LBW tastings, and other gatherings, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to expand partnerships and activations across Puttery's current markets, leveraging the unique offerings of each location to maximize brand exposure and community engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer to align activations and events with overarching marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of activations and events, gathering feedback and insights to inform future initiatives and optimize ROI.
- Develop and manage budgets for activations and events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate event concepts and enhance the overall guest experience, maintaining Puttery's position as a leader in immersive entertainment.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Puttery's values and identity while fostering positive relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in planning and executing activation programs and events, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of current cultural trends, hospitality movements, and entertainment landscapes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Working Conditions
- Regular visits to event spaces, both Puttery venues and external locations.
- Onsite presence during events, which may include evenings and weekends.
