- This position will be an hourly full time position hours /week).
- Hourly wage will range from $18-$20/hour upon start date.
- Potential for a future full time salaried position.
- Designing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate programs that align with our mission.
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Developing and leading a team of dedicated after school staff.
- Coordinating in house or contracted bus service for all student transportation needs.
- Establishing positive relationships with parents, communicating program updates and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborating with our coaching staff to integrate sports and physical activities into the program when appropriate.
- Maintain and comply with state licensing regulations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field OR qualify as a Level 3 Child Care Administrator (per ODJFS). Proven experience in program management, preferably in an after school or youth development setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
