    The Measurement team within Digital Enablement focuses on building innovative products that empower brands with actionable outcomes and evaluation of marketing efforts through comprehensive & precise measurement solutions.


    As part of our Measurement Product Organization, you partner with experts across various healthcare verticals, including pharma, agencies, providers, publishers, and channel partners, with the opportunity to innovate and help to shape industry standards for media measurement and optimization.

    Our solutions enable data-driven decision making at all stages of the media lifecycle across DTC (Direct to Consumer) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) campaigns, powered by real-world IQVIA data.


    This role supports the product manager in defining and prioritizing platformed measurement features, gathering requirements, and coordinating with the development team.

    The associate product owner will ensure the product meets business objectives and customer needs for activation and digital channel measurement across HCP and DTC advertising.


    Essential Functions:


    In support of the product manager, define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the digital platform measurement solution, aligning with business and client needs.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.

    Gather and document product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear and actionable specifications for development teams.


    Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and epics for development sprints and collaborating with scrum and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.


    Coordinate with Product Manager to plan and execute product releases, ensuring smooth deployments, migration success and minimal disruption to users.


    Work closely with cross functional team (Engineering, Design, QA) to drive successful user experience by creating customer journeys, removing barriers, and creating seamless workflows.

    Integrate current and future platform requirements with existing backend applications.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

    1-3 years of experience in product management or technical product ownership, preferably in digital advertising or ad tech

    CSPO Product Owner certification a plus

    Knowledge of JIRA and/or product refinement tools.

    An understanding of programmatic advertising, digital marketing ecosystems and campaign measurement

    Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

    Experience and working knowledge of IQVIA or clinical data sets is preferred.

    Familiarity with data technologies such as data warehouse, databases and data lake architecture.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can simplify complex topics.

    Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.

    The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88, $145, The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

    Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
