Description

Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology)

Design, implement and maintain company IT systems, software, networks, servers, file storage, IT security, cloud services, email services, personal computers, and laptops to meet the organization's requirements.

Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to enhance the system performance and efficiency.
Configure and maintain infrastructure components, including virtual machines, databases, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
Troubleshoot network issues and ensure a secure and reliable network infrastructure.

Install, configure, and manage server systems (physical or virtual) to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.

Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct regular security audits, and update security protocols.
Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for critical systems and data.
Monitor system performance, analyse trends, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

University Degree or bachelor's degree in Computer Science
At least 3 years working experience in related field
Proficient in server management and virtualization
Experienced in system, network, and application-level security.
Familiar with containerization platforms and competent in database management
Knowledgeable in web server technologies like Nginx and Apache.
Proficiency in English language and Bahasa Melayu with good communication skills
