_As a Fleet Service Advisor, Here's What You'll Do:_

Support fleet operations teams on all aspects of fleet maintenance and reduction of idle time.
Coordinate inhouse repairs with the Express' after hour service technicians.
Communicate with clients on preventative maintenance, tires, and maintenance protocols.
Work with maintenance reports and metrics on tracking, repairs, coordination, reconciliation, and billing.
Assist with maintenance roadside calls and daily follow up to include towing and storage.
Assist with other aspects of operations including logistics, fleet reconciliation, special projects, and other administrative duties.
Provide additional support to the Sales and Operations Teams in administration of truck/fleet movements, management of inventory, and customer billing and support functions.
Proactively manage active units in maintenance to expedite repairs and decrease downtime.

_Here's What it Will Take to be Successful in

This Role:
_

High School diploma or equivalent required
Some college preferred.
3 years' experience in the automotive dealer services industry specializing in vehicle service management or fleet maintenance is required. Prior service advisor experience is strongly preferred.
Ability to establish priorities and complete deliverables.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to discuss products with clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint (required).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

_Physical Demands_

This job operates in a professional environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, printers, and fax machines.
