We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time CNA to join our Goleta program, catering to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to offering top-notch services and expertise in the behavioral healthcare sector.
The primary role of the certified nursing assistant includes providing high-quality nursing care to individuals in line with established policies and procedures. Responsibilities consist of assisting individuals with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and more, while ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED, completion of a CNA program, and valid certification as a CNA in California
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience as a CNA is preferred, with strong communication skills and a valid driver's license being essential.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The role involves various physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting heavy objects, and more. Specific vision abilities and CPR/first aid skills are required.
Devereux maintains a stringent zero-tolerance policy towards abuse and actively works to prevent its occurrence.
Wage: $18-$19 per hour
