- Monitor the health status of those under care and ensure top-notch services
- Offer assistance and supervision in daily living, personal care, and community integration
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals
- Take prompt action in emergencies
- Handle equipment correctly and safely
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or accidents
- Keep detailed progress notes and necessary documentation
- Participate in resident activities and outings
- Help with household tasks and maintaining cleanliness
- Aid in meal preparation and serving
- Ready rooms for new admissions and assist in discharges
- Regularly attend team meetings and required training
- Respect confidentiality and treat everyone with dignity
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a CNA certification program and holding a current state-issued CNA certification
- Preferably one year of CNA experience, especially with complex medical cases
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid
- Strong communication skills with staff, residents, and families
- Reliable, responsible, and compassionate attitude
