    They are in search of a dynamic Senior Data Engineer responsible for enhancing and managing their data warehouse, creating scalable data products, and overseeing vast amounts of data within the Lasso platform. This role involves close collaboration with the Data Architect and CTO to establish a Machine Learning platform and uphold high engineering standards for secure data solutions.

    About the Job:

    • Construct data pipelines using Airflow and Cloud Functions to meet business requirements.
    • Maintain and optimize table schemas, views, and queries in the data warehouse.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis to address data-related issues and provide insights.
    • Develop integrations with data partners to enhance data capabilities.
    • Document data architecture and integration efforts for team understanding.
    • Offer guidance on data best practices for new product development.
    • Automate manual processes to enhance efficiency.
    • Create a scalable framework for onboarding new data partners.

    Must have:

    • Experience with data task orchestration using Airflow, CRON, or Prefect.
    • Data analysis and modeling skills.
    • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and shell scripting.
    • Knowledge of APIs, SFTP, and Cloud Storage.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with Cloud Computing.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with JavaScript or NodeJS.
    • Hands-on work with Airflow.
    • Knowledge of ML/MLOps, Docker, K8s, and NoSQL.
    • Exposure to producer/consumer messaging systems.
