    VP Data Engineering

    Onsite – Boston – Unable to support Visa's & C2C

    As the VP of Data Engineering, you'll be the mastermind behind our data strategy and the leader of our data engineering dream team. This is your chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and shape the future of the company.

    What will you do? Well.....

    • a killer data engineering strategy that aligns with our big goals.
    • mentor, and inspire our team of data engineers to greatness.
    • up with our data science, product, and engineering folks to turn ideas into reality.

    • on top of the latest tech trends and keep us ahead of the curve.
    • closely with stakeholders to make sure we're hitting the mark with our data insights.

    What sets you apart?

    • degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (extra points for a Master's).
    • experience leading awesome data engineering teams.
    • knowledge of data tools like Hadoop, Spark, SQL, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
    • solid grasp of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.
    • in Python, Java, or Scala.
    • communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
