We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Junior Escrow Officer.
This position requires consecutive and recent experience of 4 years as an escrow assistant, junior escrow officer, or escrow officer.
Ideal candidate will be able to process escrows from start to finish and have experience with high volume resale escrow transactions.
Customer service must be 5 star when dealing with multiple deadlines & changes while accurately processing transactions.
As always with escrow, efficiency, accuracy and the ability to work in a team environment is required.
Excellent communication; typing and verbal is required.
An excellent attendance record is a must along with the ability to work overtime when needed.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize daily tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines.
Attention to detail and following the Escrow Officer's directions is imperative.
The ability to learn new processes, procedures, & systems is required.
Candidate must be able to be employed under the California, Department of Business Oversight, and be bonded by the Escrow Agents' Fidelity Corporation.
