Seneca Foods Frozen Warehouse located in Rochester, MN currently has an opening for a Manager Trainee.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Freezer Warehouse Management Team to lead and coordinate the activities of Production in a cost effective manner. The candidate will also encourage and promote teamwork, quality standards, good safety practices and proper GMP procedures.
The ideal candidate may be requested to relocate to one of Senecas other facilities located throughout the US as appropriate openings occur across the Company.
Requirements include:
4-year college degree and/or Supervisory experience in a warehouse or food processing setting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness and ability to function in a team environment.
