    Product and Design:

    Our Product and Design teams are helping to create a seamless user experience across various platforms to provide the most trusted services and delightful experiences for grading, protecting,managing, buying, selling, and sharing collectibles.

    Our grading operation processes millions of collectibles a year and serves as a research hub for collectors across collectible categories.

    Collectors values adopting the latest industry trends and implementing the best technical solutions to empower industry-leading operations.

    We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with a similar passion and experience to join us and "Play to Win the Game" as we're at the helm of a digital transformation .

    In this role, you'll focus on designing and scaling the digital imaging tools and applications, in partnership with our Operators and Imaging software teams, to enhance and empower multiple key areas of the business.

    Remote or hybrid candidates will be considered. Location near Santa Ana, CA or Seattle, WA strongly preferred, or openness to travel to our operations.

    We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration especially for the highly cross-collaborative and complex projects this person will be driving.

    Partnering with the Imaging Software team to build innovative digital technical solutions, managing multiple stakeholders
    Leading strategic roadmap prioritization processes with senior leadership

    • 7 years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years of experience with digital imaging, supply chain operations or manufacturing operations.
    ~ Experience with driving digital imaging solutions, including a deep understanding of image detection, recognition and classification is preferred.
    ~ Experience working with and developing internal tools such as WMS, ERPs, Manufacturing Systems as well as with third-party API integrations and API documentation.
    ~ Led the ideation, development, and launch of innovative technical solutions to support supply chain and fulfillment operations, with a strong emphasis on technical proficiency and digital transformation to the continuous improvement process.
    ~ Can operate within an enterprise 'shared services' architecture, with a forward-thinking mindset towards the current trends related to SaaS, PaaS, IIoT, and cloud solutions.
    ~ Manage cross-functional internal teams on scalable implementation projects through effective communications and alignment towards a shared vision
