Position Profile:

The Child and Adolescent Service (CAHS) are seeking an experienced leader to join our Community Health team in our newly created role, Program Manager.

The successful candidate will provide program leadership and support in the identification, management, development, implementation and evaluation of CAHS Health Refugee Health Services programs, projects and services.

Reporting to the Executive Director Community health, your responsibilities will include:

Leading, coordinating and managing the CAHS Health Refugee Health Services projects, policy synthesis, research coordination planning processes, including the preparation of reports, guidelines and submissions to address service development issues and determine needs across CAHS.

Investigating and analysing issues associated with relevant strategic initiatives, including risk management, budget and timeframe considerations.

Supporting change management initiatives relating to Community Health Refugee Health Services.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State's only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children's Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 5,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
