We are looking for a meticulous Senior Accountant proficientin NetSuite.

You will co-lead our month-end closing and oversee generalfinancial processes, playing a pivotal role in daily financial operations andprocedures.
This role will split their time between our Rutherford,New Jersey office (2 days) and working remote (3 days). Flexibility isprovided.
What You'll Do

:

Cashmanagement, balance sheet account reconciliations, prepaid expenses/othercurrent assets; Inventory; Fixed assets; Intangible assets; CapitalizedSoftware; Accrued expenses including accrued commissions (both internal &external); Deferred revenue (events, licensing & online media), analysis ofrevenue and expense accounts
T&EExpense management
Preparationof year-end schedules for external auditors
Preparationof International Sales and Use Tax (VAT, GST, etc)
Collaboratewith the team to establish, streamline, and automate procedures and processesto create efficiencies
Developand build-on existing reporting capabilities and shorten time required toperform monthly close for multiple subsidiaries
What You Have:

Bachelor'sdegree in accounting
3-6 years ofexperience in accounting
Strongexperience with NetSuite, specifically with prepaid and fixed assetsfunctionality
Media andpublic accounting experience
Strongcomputer skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Adaptivereporting tool experience
Experiencewith Concur Expense reporting
Experienceworking in a multi-subsidiary environment
Ability toprioritize, multi-task, and meet demanding deadlines
Strongproblem solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent judgment
Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills in a professional setting, alongwith strong interpersonal abilities
Ability towork both with a team and independently
