- Install, test, implement and maintain workstation operating systems (Windows 10/11 and macOS)
- Provide technical support to resolve complex problems related to workstations and applications
- Research requirements and evaluate hardware and software for workstations and appropriate server platforms
- Optimize workstation configuration and network connectivity, utilization and performance
- Mentor other team members in software distribution tools and workstation standards
- Perform testing and implementation of various workstation related projects
- 5+ years of enterprise technology support experience
- Advanced knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune expertise as well as Apple enterprise device management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Microsoft PowerShell scripting proficiency preferred
- Ability to learn tools and technology quickly and completely with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks, priorities and responsibilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization
