    _ _ Position Overview:
    This role entails designing, developing, and implementing extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes to facilitate smooth data flow across various platforms.




    Responsibilities:



    • Provide continuous support for current ETL processes and develop new packages to align with business needs
    • Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and others to create effective data solutions
    • Translate business rules into ETL code following best practices
    • Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of transformation methodologies
    • Mentor fellow ETL Developers

    Additional Work Experience:

    • Must have a keen eye for detail
    • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to perform under pressure and seek relevant knowledge for business success
    • Innovative thinking and idea exchange for new solutions
    • Work independently or collaboratively with a positive outlook
    • Take initiative and foster IT department relationships
    • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Data Stage, or SSIS

    Physical Requirements:

    • Work primarily at a workstation operating computer devices
    • Involve repetitive motions affecting various body parts
