    Description

    Midwest Sr Regional Sales Representative needed for rapidly growing metal fabrication company.

    This is a remote position and would require someone to work out of a home office and grow business in the following states: (IL, WI, IA, MN, MO)

    Our client is a rapidly growing metal fabrication company who has the reputation for exceeding client's expectations with on time deliveries greater than 97%. They have been in business for over 50 years and are committed to reinvesting into new state of the art capital equipment to provide additional services to customers while also opening up new markets. The facility provides fully integrated metal fabrication process which allow sales professional to grow market share throughout many industries. The engineering, manufacturing and sales team helps to bring customer concepts to life by providing a wide variety of metal fabrication services with steel, aluminum, stainless, copper, brass, etc....

    The Midwest Sr Regional Sales Representatives primary responsibility is to develop new accounts and grow a a few pre-existing customers across a 5-state territory. This position is critical to ensuring the company achieves it sales growth targets by providing consultative solutions to our customer needs. This position will be a 90/10 split between new business development and working with pre-existing customers. Heavy focus on hunting for new business.

    Candidate Qualifications

    Qualifications include:

    • Experience selling a value-added fabricated metal product
    • Experience selling within a customer focused manufacturing environment
    • Ability to travel throughout the Midwest market
    • Experience working out of a home office setting

    Compensation

    Our client offers a strong base salary compensation plan, plus commission plan. In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, expense account.

    Salary $100,000 - $125,000

    Commission 100,000 - $125,000

    Total compensation $220,000 - $250,000
