    Summary: ForwardEdge ASIC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and hunter mentality with proven success with finding net new/new logo opportunities.
    • Expertise in developing sales strategy through tactical execution with defined deliverables and growth pursuits.
    • Experienced in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
    • Proven relationship and partner business development with key executives and decision makers.
    • Demonstrated sales experience leading the sales cycle, from opportunity identification, through sales negotiation and solutioning to close.
    • Understands and can guide firm through specific procurement requirements and strategies to assure forecast accuracy.
    • Attend sales and industry conferences to build and maintain a book of business for targeted growth areas.
    Qualifications:
    • Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Negotiation: the ability to negotiate terms, prices and contracts to close deals and maximize revenue.
    • Strategic Thinker: ability to analyze market trends, identify potential clients and develop target strategies for business growth.
    • Customer Relationship Management: track customer interactions, knows gentle persistence tactics, manage leads and nurture current/new relationships.
    • Problem Solving: identify current challenges and work with engineering to propose creative solutions.
    • Adaptability: being flexible and adaptable to changes in the market, industry or customer requirements as the business evolves.
    • Results Driven: focus on achieving targets and measurable outcomes.
    • Clearance: This position requires a US government security clearance. As such, US citizenship is required.
    Work Environment: Expect to work in a fast-paced setting where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. You'll interact with a diverse team of professionals, including sales, marketing, product development, and senior management, collaborating closely to achieve common goals. This position will require a significant amount of travel for face to face client interaction and conference attendance.
