    Vivacity Tech is looking for a


    Training and Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee onboarding and training programs that align with our business objectives and employee development needs.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for employee growth and engagement.

    Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding andtraining programs, catering to various learning styles and skill levels.
    Design unique training initiatives tailored to meet individual and organizational needs.
    Create training materials and resources utilizing diverse formats such as group discussions, simulations, and videos.
    Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
    Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance indicators.
    Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and accuracy of training materials.
    Provide mentorship and guidance to department trainers.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
    Align training programs with strategic business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
    Manage the training budget effectively and maintain records of training activities.

    What Excellent Skills and Abilities Will You Possess?

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in learning management systems and training technology platforms.
    Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
    Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software.
    Ability to work independently and in a facilitator role.

    What Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For?

    Two years of training experience required. Six years of training experience preferred.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
    SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
