    private and business customers.
  • You confidently respond to written customer inquiries.
  • You handle customer issues
    endtoend and maintain our database.
  • You enthusiastically advise our customers on energy contracts.
  • You show empathy and
    sales skills.

What you bring

  • You are proficient in MS Office/MS Word and have IT skills.
  • You ensure customer satisfaction and recommend our services.
  • You have a commercial education
    or several years of experience in customer service.
  • You are comfortable working with different programs, including in the world of writing.
  • You are willing to work in early and late shifts (split shifts possible).
