In order to meet these developments and continue to attract the best employees (m/f/x) for our company, we are looking for a Recruiting Business Partner (m/f/x) in full-time at our Stark City, MO location.
Responsibilities:
These tasks are waiting for you:
- You competently support internal and external contacts in all matters related to the recruitment of qualified professionals in the medical and diagnostic field
- You standardize structures and processes in recruiting
- You actively participate in strengthening the employer brand in collaboration with the Marketing/Communications department
- You coordinate recruitment needs and develop efficient recruitment strategies
- You recruit employees (m/f/x) and managers (m/f/x) using various channels
Qualifications:
This is what you bring:
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or Social/ Humanities Sciences or have comparable qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a generalist HR function with a focus on recruiting, as well as practical knowledge in using various recruitment channels (e.g. social media)
- You have strong communication skills and initiative
- Your profile is rounded off by precision and reliability
