For our modern dental clinic located at Emy-Roeder-Straße 4 in Mainz, we are looking for dedicated employees who enjoy their profession and have a passion for working with people.

With a team of 35, we treat patients in all areas of dentistry and specialize in immediate implant treatments and extensive restorations on a regional level.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for:

Receptionist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Organizing extensive treatment processes
  • Managing phone calls
  • Performing general office and administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • Experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in patient reception/administration
  • Career changers from the hotel, restaurant, tourism, or similar industries are welcome and will be trained
  • Friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor with a focus on patient/customer satisfaction
  • Enjoy organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Good computer skills
