We are looking for a motivated and experienced dispatcher crew leader to effectively coordinate our event team and ensure that all processes run smoothly.

As a dispatcher crew leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the deployment of our event team.

As a true dualist, you will not only be responsible for personnel planning for events of all kinds in our office, but also lead your own crew on productions on site.

Your tasks in the office:
>You are the direct contact person for the crew, production management, and clients
>You carry out personnel planning and coordination for events of all types and sizes
>You manage projects from A to Z and ensure that all parties involved feel comfortable
>You ensure a smooth flow of information between crew members and internal departments
>Process-driven company - this means we work in a process-oriented manner and continuously automate our routines so that we can focus on diverse tasks.

Your tasks on production (on site):
>Active participation in the setup and breakdown of events
