We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an Operations Team Lead to join our Global Onsite Operations team in Germany.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to provide affordable and environmentally-friendly deliveries to the world.

Our onsite operations teams are dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of our robots.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing operational processes for different areas, services, and products
Managing partners through weekly calls to discuss issues, requests, improvements, process changes, and use cases
Conducting onsite visits to gather user feedback and test our service
Identifying and communicating any issues with existing operational processes, gathering team feedback, and implementing necessary changes
Suggesting and improving technical tools for locationspecific operations
Hiring, training, and managing team members, including scheduling, payroll support, timekeeping tasks, and absence administration
