- Manage all aspects of event promotion, including social media and sponsor highlights.
- Oversee event logistics, volunteer coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Identify new opportunities for events and community engagement activities.
- Implement branding strategies to enhance organization's visibility and appeal.
- Manage daily social media messaging and content creation across all channels.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, web graphics, and newsletters.
- Maintain and update organization's website in collaboration with web developers, and keep the database updated for optimal outreach.
- Gather partner testimonials and success stories for marketing purposes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for partnership development and event management.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnership and outreach efforts.
- Track financials related to partnerships, donations, and event revenues and report to the executive board.
- Collaborate with the executive board to set annual budget and financial goals.
- Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, community engagement, or related roles.
- Experience and familiarity in working in the non-profit sector is a definite plus.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A motivated self-starter who can work independently and productively under self-direction.
- Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and database management.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Passion for non-profit work and commitment to our organization's mission.
