Business Office Manager
Job Duties:
Under the direction of the Director of Administrative Services, the Business Office Manageris responsible for coordinating overall office management and business operations at the facility.
Oversees and is responsible for accounts payable and receivable; resident monies, including trust account, petty cash, and payroll; and supervision of receptionist and office assistant.
The Business Office Managerserves as executive secretary to the administrator. Liaisons and coordinates with other departments.TheBusiness Office Managerassists the Administrator in implementing all business operations according to policies and procedures and maintaining required hospital standards.
This position requires the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals in a respectful and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Proficiency is acquired through completion of A.A. or B.A. degree in Business, or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
Minimum two years of experience in hospital or health-related clinic as Secretary or manager is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and experienced in mental health desirable.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting.
Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
