As part of the Human Resources team, we support our FRANK colleagues in using their skills to shape and accompany future living formats.

We are a small, highly motivated team of all-rounders, continuously working on designing and optimizing HR processes and implementing them.

We welcome you as a member of our HR team and rely on your enthusiasm for the diverse questions and tasks at hand.

Your responsibilities:

You support in daily operational HR tasks such as contract management, certification, implementation of benefits, and company pension schemes.
You handle monthly (preparatory) payroll accounting in DATEV and all related tasks.
You maintain employee data in our digital personnel file and keep track of important dates (probation period, etc.).
You enjoy creating evaluations and reports.
You are passionate about digitalization projects and enjoy working with various HR systems.

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and gained initial work experience in personnel administration.
You have knowledge of wage and social security law.
You are proficient in MS Office products and ideally have experience
