    CGI has a fantastic opportunity for a Client Partner in our New England business unit. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual with strong enterprise delivery and business development experience in the Healthcare area, specifically with Payers and Providers. Candidates must currently reside in the New England area and within commuting distance of our client in Canton, MA.

    **Your future duties and responsibilities:**

    Design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments.

    Lead a team of professionals both direct reports and via global delivery centers.

    Manage client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams.

    Lead account strategy, account planning, budget planning, and manage profitability of assigned account/s and engagements.

    Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts within the New England region

    Lead proposals and evolve solution offerings

    Overall accountability for the winning of competitive proposals for assigned accounts

    Overall accountability of service delivery to our clients. Improve the quality-of-service delivery at assigned clients

    Ensure success of engagements using CGI delivery centers and strategic partners.

    **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**

    Bachelor's Degree and minimum 15+ years of IT and Consulting Services experience.

    8+ years working with enterprise level clients and knowledge of the Healthcare Industry; Payer and Provider experience a big plus

    6+ years of experience in leading a delivery account management team

    Proven delivery experience at large enterprise accounts delivering SI&C or managed services programs

    Ability to interact with C-Level decision makers.

    Ability to leverage relationships in the healthcare Industry to help drive new discussions with clients.

    Results oriented business leader with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and complex pricing models.

    Client engagement management and relationship building.

    A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect; superior conceptual thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Be independent, self-starting, and be able to stay calm under the pressures of multiple deadlines.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.

    Proven record of creating and maintaining business partnerships and relationships

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $154,600 -$297,700.
