Leadership is not confined to titles but is a shared responsibility at every level, empowering individuals to lead with vision and contribute to our overarching mission.JOB SUMMARYThe CRM Manager is responsible for leading data integrations within ticket operations, merchandise sales, growth brands, and sponsorship by providing customization and optimization across ad hoc reporting/analysis, sales campaign/lead creation, and facilitating data structure within the data warehouse, email marketing, and other data platforms. This role provides quantitative analysis and data-driven insights to drive association goals across all LPGA brands. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the VP of Business Intelligence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and optimize the data platforms to provide a practical and custom user experience for users across the association
Monitor and maintain customer data quality and data hygiene
Work closely with legal on privacy/data security compliance, policies & procedures
Identify and address data inconsistencies across platforms
Analyze information needs of multiple users to assist in determining appropriate database application structures and report specifications
Construct database applications, including procedures, modules, functions, automated events, and customized forms and reports as needed
Provide database quality control
Develop and implement workflows, data entry, collection, and reporting procedures
Analyze fan-related data as it relates to demographics, psychographics, behavior, and historical trends
Facilitate customer data acquisition from a variety of data sources and integrate it into a defined customer journey
Troubleshoot CRM/data-related issues and work with users to ensure systems meet individual team needs
Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field
3-4 years of working with a CRM/Email system (Kore, Salesforce/hubspot, Braze)
3-4 years of working with data warehouse ingestion
2 years of experience working with complex databases, troubleshooting problems, analyzing information and data, designing queries and reports, and creating operational policies and procedures is preferred
Experience writing queries in programming languages (SQL preferred)
Experience with various data sets/feeds (SeatGeek, Legends, Website)
Experience with privacy/data security compliance, policies & procedures a plus
Strong quantitative and statistical modeling skills with the ability to translate findings to all levels of the organization
Elevated knowledge of document management processes and software (Asana)
Complete understanding of how to create, implement, and maintain data file structures
Experience working in a data warehouse environment and with relational databases
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
