WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Monitors the suite of COTS systems, manages data, performs necessary testing & validation for release management, investigates and completes root cause analysis on major issues, and works with others to improve standard processes.
  • Partners with Retail Technology Solutions training team to propose and develop documentation and training for internal and external end users.
  • Investigates and provides solutions to streamline, automate or eliminate inefficient or manual processes and procedures.
  • Maintains security access for information systems.
  • Provide mentorship to Application Support Analysts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Previous software management experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • 4+ years of working in a similar role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills for technologyrelated issues and complex business scenarios.
Preferred

  • Experience with insurance software suites (Vertafore, Applied Epic)
  • Experience with CRM software (Dynamics)
  • Intermediate knowledge of the insurance industry.
