For our Middle Office Investment Bank team in Hamburg, we are currently seeking a
Middle Office Operations Officer to join us as soon as possible.

In a team of seven employees split between our Hamburg and London offices, we support a total of 40 equity traders and equity sales traders in the smooth processing of securities transactions.

The challenges that arise require an agile way of working.

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring timely provision of trade confirmations via CTM, FIX or SWIFT
Close collaboration with internal settlement, traders, and clients for seamless matching and settlement
Continuous monitoring and independent prioritization of timecritical transactions
Support for US colleagues and oncall duty rotation
Setting up delivery accounts for institutional clients in accordance with applicable compliance regulations
Continuous development and optimization of processes in collaboration with IT and trade support
Reconciliation of trading commissions and refunds to clients

Your profile:

Completed banking apprenticeship advantageous
First professional experience in securities trading / securities settlement
Ideally experience in an investment bank in the equity field
System knowledge in Bloomberg, CTM, Traiana desirable
Very good English skills
High service orientation, initiative, commitment, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
