Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Director of Business Development at Great Plains Trust Company located in Overland Park, KS. As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with growing the company's client base and expanding its reach. This includes new business development, referral generation and expanding into new niche markets.
