Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will enter orders, respond to customer inquiries and customer complaints while projecting a professional image through phone and email interactions.

Interacts with customers and other departments within the company

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant:

Provide technical support and solutions to designated products lines
Prepare pricing and delivery quotations
Process incoming orders
Make changes to customer orders as required
Respond to customer concerns
Process RGA's and credit memos
Communicate effectively verbally, and in writing
Coordinate with several areas of the business seeking to find a mutually beneficial solution

Knowledge of:

Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce and TEAMS

Skills/Ability to:

Effective management of time with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of gas control technology is a plus.
