INTRODUCTION
Are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and innovative company? Then you've come to the right place We are looking for a dedicated and motivated clerk to join our Revenue Operations team with enthusiasm and passion.
- You will be responsible for the administrative support of relevant authorities and service providers. This includes telephone and written communication as well as processing incoming invoices.
- Together with the Revenue Operations Manager, you will orchestrate the holder data determination in the European region.
- In collaboration with our sales team, you will ensure that we have all necessary documents in the right format at the right time.
YOUR SKILLS:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
- You have gained professional experience in customer service or clerical work.
- You are highly organized and work in a structured manner.
- You have strong communication skills and analytical thinking to understand and present complex issues in a structured way.
- You are a team player and actively work with your colleagues to further develop our internal processes.
- With your ambition and cando mentality, you work towards your goals every day with positive energy.
- You have fluent German and good English skills.
WORK SETUP:
- 40 hours per week (trustbased)
- Home office policy: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
- Permanent employment contract
- Workplace: Munich
- Team: 3 colleagues
