In the team for land charge cancellations, you will make an important contribution and combine traditional work with modern semi-automated processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Standardized and processoriented processing of sales and customer orders for the creation of cancellation approvals for Deutsche Bank AG and Zurich Deutscher Herold Leben AG
  • Creation of trust orders and other correspondence letters
  • Willingness to handle complex orders
  • Positive support of organizational and professional changes in Operations PB GY
  • Ensures the quality standard in the team with expertise and supports the qualification progress of the team's employees

Your Competencies and Experience

  • Ideally commercial training
  • Confident handling of IT applications and communication devices (especially Office applications)
  • Confident, friendly and binding appearance, positive attitude towards work and performance
