Our client is a successful, medium-sized company with several hundred employees and production sites in Germany. As a market leader in its segment in the FMCG sector, the company has been committed to the highest quality for decades and offers its customers an innovative, diversified product range.

For the headquarters of our client in Middle Franconia, we are looking for a Team Leader Controlling and Finance (m/f/d) who ensures all aspects of commercial control for the company and further develops it together with the management.

Key tasks and objectives

  • Comprehensive management and further development of the company's finance department with currently four employees
  • Development of planning and budgets as well as provision of monthly reporting
  • Preparation of variance analyses, derivation of action alternatives and commercial consulting as a 'business partner' as well as support for specialist departments
  • Participation in the optimization of business processes
  • Control of all accounting issues in accordance with commercial and tax regulations, including preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP
  • Standardization and further development of reports and processes in the company for the commercial area
  • Participation in various special projects (e.g. expansion of BI systems)
  • Contact person for external partners
  • Direct reporting line to the CFO
