Description

Experience in a fast-paced high request volume environment is critical. Must have very strong communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to multi-task and have prior experience with common request management ticketing systems. Prior experience with change management is a plus.

Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with complex MAC (Move Add Change) request management and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment. Required to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge/exposure to the telecommunications environment is desired coordination with vendors, site surveys, ordering, and final desk level confirmation needed Ordering and Set Up- Configure and order if needed technology prior to return to office Day 1 and complete any moves as needed
RTO Technology Set Up- Complete final signoff of in office technology solutions to enable successful Day 1 return Shared Technology: Verify all shared technology is operational and ready Day One Support – Provide technology support for associates for quick resolution of any technical issues or training needed with return to office.

There is also some administrative functions to this job as they have to document their work and follow up with emails to users regarding updates to projects. Candidates must have good customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Must be team player

These folks will work directly with team to ensure safety and security once Bank employees start returning back to the office.

TEK has been supporting the team almost exclusively for the past 15 years. We have excellent relationships with management and have a thorough understanding of the technical and cultural environment discussed in this requirement. TEK currently has over 20 consultants on this team nationally.

Additional Information

2 plus years of Technology Move, Add, Change coordination and/or fulfillment experience in a financial markets environment. Client interfacing position requires customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries. Coordination responsibilities involve procurement of systems access, engagement of vendors for telephony and data ensuring installations by target date through multiple request management tools. Fulfillment responsibilities involve basic PC & hardware deployments including but not limited to PC builds, installations including disconnect and reconnect, moves, adds and changes. A+ certification a plus. Environment is fast paced and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while remaining detail focused is critical. Technologies may include, but not limited to Windows XP / Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suites and working in a previous MAC Service Request Management ticketing environment.
