    Description
    SQA Testing Engineer

    Location - Charlotte , NC ( Day One Onsite )

    Fulltime
    Tooling to use for multiple aspects of the testing scope, given the platform and technologies at hand
    Test suite composition and testing scope coverage
    Test data management and how to prevent false positives due to missing data across environments
    Mocking where applicable to enable system independent functional testing, while also keeping the end-to-end picture in mind
    Shifting left the testing, discovering issues as close to the development as possible
    Test automation with fully automated reporting and success criteria
    Keep track of quality standards (KPIs / SLAs) & measure
    Test life cycle management and how to keep tests up-to-date, but also relevant (e.g. clean-up what is no longer used, or otherwise covered)
    Drive Continuous Improvements across projects
    Well-organized and a go-getter with excellent written and oral communication skills
    Quick learner with a problem solving mindset
    Hands-on working knowledge of Jira/JTMF, Share Point /Confluence
    Skilled at using SQL queries, Data Analysis and Interpretation
    Is adept at using Excel, Word and Power-point
    Ability to create pivot views and macros in excel is a big plus but can also quickly learn on the job
    Good understanding of SDLC and STLC Processes
