- Develop and optimize engaging marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and conversion
- Write copy and specifications for designers, SMS, and push campaigns
- Test emails, SMS, and push for compatibility with various email clients, web browsers, and devices
- Work closely with developers to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Report on key performance indicators and analyzes results for lessons learned
- Utilize tools, reports, and other data to identify promotional opportunities for our extensive product selection
- Identify sales trends for specific categories and products, and determines the best time to promote to maximize performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to align, develop, and implement long and short-term initiatives
- Run Microsoft Excel reporting, interpret the data, make recommendations, and share analysis within the team
- Evaluate and track competitor promotional campaigns
- Support other team members in various special assignments
- Implement and execute other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with an emphasis in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or related fields
- Experience and passion for firearms, recreational/competitive shooting, hunting, camping, or other activities required
- Prior work experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in ecommerce (internships count), a plus
- Experience with Email Marketing, SMS/MMS, App, and/or Push Notifications strongly preferred
- Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time and adhering to completion target dates
- Experience with Google Analytics, JIRA, , and/or Attentive, a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets (I.e. formulas, pivot tables)
- Self-starter, desire to learn, contribute, and be accountable
- Skilled in writing and editing content, with a strong attention to detail, and grammatical skills
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
