    Description
    Handle complex accounting issues related to clients, including reconciliations and account analysis.prepare and review financial statements for clients.
    Handle data management for clients and maintain client records.

    Attend meetings with clients for training and updates, however no direct communication with clientsReview and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

    Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
    Analyze financial information to identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
    Manage and mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance and training on accounting procedures and best practices.
    Assist in the implementation of new accounting software or processes as needed.
    Participate in special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as needed to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
    Support the Accounting Manager in any additional accounting-related tasks as required.
    Assist in senior bookkeeping responsibilities.

    Record and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, bills, checks, sales, purchases, and expenses, in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

    Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivableReconciling bank and credit card statementsPreparing and filing tax forms, such as 1099s and sales tax returnsGenerating financial reports on a regular basis, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheetsAssist in preparing and filing tax forms, such as 1099s and local taxes returns depending on the state.
