Manages a portfolio of 125 donors and prospective donors capable of giving $10,000 or more annually
Implements the Foundationscomprehensive development strategy that includes major gifts and legacy gifts in partnership with the Foundation team and local leadership at Asbury Methodist Village
Participates in donor MOVES management process including identification, qualification, cultivation, face to face solicitation, stewardship, and recognition to expand our relationships with donors
Supports organization and implementation of special programs and initiatives at the community
Works with Sr. Director of Development and Executive Vice President to set weekly, monthly goals with measurable ROI
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years proven fundraising experience or related field
Experience in Raiser's Edge database, or similar software
Bachelor's Degree required
