Asbury Foundation secures charitable support that enhances the lives of Asbury family members living, and serving, in our not-for-profit Life Plan Communities.

With over $60 million in assets, and securing $10 million + in annual philanthropic revenue, Asbury Foundation partners with donors to impact Asbury in the areas of benevolent care, education, capital, special programs, and innovation.

  • Manages a portfolio of 125 donors and prospective donors capable of giving $10,000 or more annually
  • Implements the Foundations comprehensive development strategy that includes major gifts and legacy gifts in partnership with the Foundation team and local leadership at Asbury Methodist Village
  • Participates in donor MOVES management process including identification, qualification, cultivation, face to face solicitation, stewardship, and recognition to expand our relationships with donors
  • Supports organization and implementation of special programs and initiatives at the community
  • Works with Sr. Director of Development and Executive Vice President to set weekly, monthly goals with measurable ROI

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 35 years proven fundraising experience or related field
  • Experience in Raiser's Edge database, or similar software
  • Bachelor's Degree required
