Asbury Foundation secures charitable support that enhances the lives of Asbury family members living, and serving, in our not-for-profit Life Plan Communities.

With over $60 million in assets, and securing $10 million + in annual philanthropic revenue, Asbury Foundation partners with donors to impact Asbury in the areas of benevolent care, education, capital, special programs, and innovation.

Manages a portfolio of 125 donors and prospective donors capable of giving $10,000 or more annually
Implements the Foundations comprehensive development strategy that includes major gifts and legacy gifts in partnership with the Foundation team and local leadership at Asbury Methodist Village
Participates in donor MOVES management process including identification, qualification, cultivation, face to face solicitation, stewardship, and recognition to expand our relationships with donors
Supports organization and implementation of special programs and initiatives at the community
Works with Sr. Director of Development and Executive Vice President to set weekly, monthly goals with measurable ROI

Qualifications

Minimum of 35 years proven fundraising experience or related field
Experience in Raiser's Edge database, or similar software
Bachelor's Degree required
