At Ridgefield, we are currently seeking a trainee for the position of IT specialist with a focus on system integration (M/F/D).

In this role, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of IT, including essential business principles, and have the opportunity to explore various areas and tasks within our company's IT department.

We are looking for someone who is technically inclined and proficient in computer skills.

The theoretical part of the training will be provided by the vocational school ITECH Elbinsel (BS14) in Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg.

The school year consists of two blocks of instruction per year, with a total of 13 weeks of classroom time.

The knowledge gained in theory will be put into practice in various departments.

The following departments offer training opportunities:

IT Services
IT Security
IT Application Development
E-Business and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (MSA) or Abitur/Wirtschaftsabitur
Training duration: 3 years, with the possibility of shortening to 2.5 years
